To download the images/formats, Power Point Trainings or video's Go to relevant link on the left hand side menu   - then go to the file you want and follow the download instructions - in most cases simply right click and select Save As. On other browsers , a double click and auto download may be sufficient

Make sure you know the destination directory so you can refer to the files often

All of the examples have been used to achieve the position of Senior Director. They have also been shared with many and helped many more achieve promotions. Consistency is the key.
